GOD HAS SHOWN me clearly what I am to do. He told me to evangelise, make disciples, train and equip the younger generation, and to church plant.
I have learned that I am not to ask God, “What should I do”, because God has already told me what to do. Rather, God has taught me to pray, “How should I do it”. So, as I was meditating and praying about how to do His ministry, God spoke to me.
He said, “Look among those who are already serving in the harvest field, for such are hard workers and worthy of more training investment.”
As I work to help raise leaders, I appoint only those who are active in the work of the Lord. God’s call creates passion, and passion produces attitudes of servanthood, attributes that are vitally important for new believers to see.
